    Happy Palm Sunday! It is a beautiful day outside. Today, I am going to work on an appraisal. I made some Chocolate Chip cookies this morning. Feeling relaxed today and in a relatively good mood. Marissa is being silly. I am thankful she is not anxious or in a down mood.
